We have agreements with artisanal fishing boats to obtain fresh sea products which are transferred to processing plants. These products are admitted to the processing plants, where depending on the final destination, frozen or canned, they go through freezing tunnels and vacuum packaging or canning lines. Operations processing procedures are the key to providing only high quality products.
